Fire the horrible doctors. Mine lied to me about psoriasis treatment so he didn't have to treat me. It's much worse a month later and those creams don't work. Communicate better such as email access, Facebook posts, etc Fully access data through Prisma. You belong to Prisma but my doc couldn't access my history.

RecommendedPositive, Positive, Positive Experience. I have been part of this family since 1999 when they were in Mauldin. Had to leave for 2 years due to insurance conflict but now I am back home. Big thanks to Doctor Smith and the whole staff for making me feel so welcomed.
I have to sit and wait for at least 15-20 minutes past my appointment time repeatedly. I get it. Sometimes patients need more than just 15 minutes of time to properly diagnose. But tell someone who has never complained about having to wait that they need to reschedule after calling ahead to inform that they would be arriving late and then arriving precisely when they said they would arrive is ridiculous. If I wanted a doctor that would treat me like crap, I would opt to see someone much closer to my home....
Dr.Baird.. both of them are awesome. they keep me walking and functioning ata very high level. thank you so very much for my chicken shots too!
RecommendedI just spent three weeks at RCP. My experience was excellent. The nurses and therapists are wonderful. They do a great job. If I had to be at a hospital, I am glad I was there!
RecommendedI was a patient here in 2017 to help with my rehabilitation from my foot 🦶 amputation. They do an awesome job helping people with getting back home 🏡 and on their feet 🦶. I highly recommend this hospital 🏥 for all your rehabilitation needs ❤️❤️
