I have been very happy with the Dr. and all the staff up until about 2 months ago. I am NOW very unhappy with the response they gave me with my current glasses. My glasses have cracked along the edges of my frames. The owner told me it was my fault and was going to do nothing for me....my glasses were not even 6 mo. old. She told me I sat on my glasses, throw glasses into my purse unprotected, they received a blow to the top of the glasses. Hum, I did none of these things. Now the lens fell out. We love everyone at Advanced Family Eyecare! They were wonderful with our 5 year old and took great care of all of our needs.
Advanced family eyecare center has the nicest people working there. Rebecca helped my kids find the perfect glasses. She made my kids feel really comfortable and answered all their questions!! And the prices and selection were far better than anywhere else!!
