My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Richie for about 16 yrs. We are forever indebted to him for providing us optimal service for our eye health. When the occasions arose for either of us to require the expertise of specialists, he immediately made referrals to other caring and talented doctors. His office staff reflects his high expectations for professionalism, integrity, patience, and caring. Thank you, Dr. Richie, for providing us with the best care of our eye health.
Richey has latest equipment for Eye Diagnosis and good customer service but asking to more tests and ultimately u- pay more. Actual dr's fee and final dr's fee are different.
My daughter had an annual eye checkup here, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. At the beginning, the nurse asked for a $50 copay, even though my insurance covers 100% of wellness checkups. When I questioned it, she said she could waive $30 for one type of machine test. My visit was disappointing for many reasons, and your response to my post seemed rude by saying Oh No, reflecting poorly on your administration. I understand you answered my concerns, but I am sure that the examiner didn’t explain the exam before to charge me extra, the front desk was talking behind my back when I asked simple question and she put me on her schedule without asking me first.
