My visit was disappointing for many reasons, and your response to my post seemed rude by saying Oh No, reflecting poorly on your administration. I understand you answered my concerns, but I am sure that the examiner didn’t explain the exam before to charge me extra, the front desk was talking behind my back when I asked simple question and she put me on her schedule without asking me first. The assistant described the exam as basic, but it turned out to be more extensive and costly than expected. Dr. Richey is the best he’s so polite and nice. He always provide you with what you need and I would very recommend him.
I’ve been going to Dr. Richey‘s Office even before my third child was born. He’s very helpful and nice and all the staff are very nice and helpful.
