Going here at first was okay. There was one time that I was told insurance would cover everything and then billed over $600+ and was told it was a “ mistake “ of looking at what the insurance covered which was really annoying. The real reason I give a 1 star was my recent visits. For one, they switched doctors on me and kept telling me I couldn’t get the other dentist because I switched 1 visit to a Friday and now the lady at the desk kept telling me I could only see the new doctor that comes on Fridays now. The Receptionist Diana was in very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The hygienist Ashlee was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and concerns. I had a high head a very excellent dental visit. The doctor performed a very thorough exam. Thank you.

I had a crown placed at this dental office 4–5 years ago. Unfortunately, the margins of the crown were not properly flush with the tooth, which has now resulted in decay underneath the crown that I paid for out of pocket. When I brought this to the office’s attention, I was told that because I didn’t return when the issue first occurred, there was nothing they could do.
