The staff and cleaning technician were friendly and courteous! They expedited paperwork and pre-authorizations knowing that the approving office would want such paperwork in order to proceed with my dental care. I felt valued and respected not an interruption!
Every thing about Advanced family dentistry is top notch. The care and consideration about my well being and feeling better was amazing. Truly I haven’t been to a dentist that cared this much about their patients and worked to find what works best for me. They made a way for me to smile again. So thankful for Advanced Family dental
I despise going to the dentist. That being said, my initial consultation was outstanding. I received clear and concise information, and, as an added bonus, it doesn't smell like a typical dentist's office. The 3D scan was impressive, the luxury of not having to bite down on uncomfortable X-ray markers was new to me. The dentist was personable and took the time to explain my options clearly, allowing me to make a well-informed decision.
