Been a patient for 2 years and will not come back. From the first visit through regular cleanings and even a crown work, every visit was chaotic and hectic. First visit took over 2 hours. Nobody knew what was going on. Back then old doctor was bringing dogs inside. Pet hair in a corners and dogs hitting you and smelling you while dental hygienist is performing cleaning. Very nice group to have taken care of me! Very friendly , caring and getting work down right and making you feel like you are one of their family!
Absolutely loved coming here, Dr. Jun, Ana, and Veronica were all very professional, caring, and made sure that the entire experience is customer friendly and genuine. Great people and very easy to trust, recommend anyone and everyone that comes here to treat them respectfully, as they will give the best experience a dentist’s office can give.
This practice has gone very downhill since Dr. Chirag Patel parted ways. They seemingly can’t do basic arithmetic and they cancel appointments on you the same day and claim to offer to call you back and reschedule, yet don’t. Worst of all, they botch procedures that they claim to have expertise performing, then when they invite you back to correct them at no cost, I later find out that they are attempting to charge me and I have a balance (this was a botched crown replacement).
