I'm in my 50's and by far she is the most caring and considerate dentist I have ever dealt with. She listens and actually cares what you have to say. Spends time listening and asks you if you are ok as she is working on you, where most just rip your mouth apart.
I had a very positive experience with Dr. Arrieta before, during and after a tissue graft in Apr 2015. He is very thorough, kind and has very good bedside manner. The inept women at the front desk, however, have been absolute hell to deal with. Exactly 12 months after my procedure I am still desperately fighting with Diane Hawker to get a denied insurance claim resolved, and she refuses to communicate with me. Beware of the Advanced Dental office; Dr. A is great but you have to deal with others.
He was very thorough. He asked numerous questions and was very responsive to all of my questions (and I asked a lot). His explanations were not always in laymen's terms, but when asked to explain further, he would (including using pictures/drawings)
