Scheduling is not flexible or patient-oriented. Initially, the receptionists from the first couple of visits were actually friendly and understanding. I'm disappointed with the lack of flexibility and professionalism. Update: my family wasn't accommodated for a 15 minute difference and were scheduled on a Saturday instead, yet we were made to wait 15 minutes until my daughter was finally seen. Let me get this straight: I can't be accommodated for 15 minutes, but my schedule has to accommodate them being 15 minutes late?
Worst place ever dr doesn’t even see the patients each time they are in for ortho ! If you complain to the insurance they drop you as a patient ! Both my kids have to get their braces taken off and put back on by new ortho who is so much better more professional office !! Advanced is still billing me even though my kids haven’t even been there watch your bills
Everyone at the office was extremely friendly and my teeth cleaning came out great. Will gladly drive further for the professionalism and customer service. Thank you!
