Love this dentist. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them. I have been coming here for almost a year and I am glad I found them. The facility is very clean as well. Great place to come for your dental needs. The prices are good as well. The office is always clean and the staff are very helpful and they explain things good.
Dr Varkey is AMAZING! He truly cares about his craft and his patients. He has high expectations and only hires the VERY BEST staff. They all treat us like family. Three generations of my family are treated by both the Midlothian and DeSoto offices. Excellent, high quality service and care.
Very disappointing experience. A failed procedure at this office caused an immediate and painful infection due to poor execution. For obvious reasons, I wasn’t comfortable continuing care there and respectfully requested a meeting with the dentist. I also respectfully requested a refund for the failed procedure so that I could apply the payment to have the procedure redone elsewhere. They refused both requests.
