The receptionist is very rude. Extremely short & unkind with her communication. I’ve been a patient here for YEARS before she even was hired. Doctors come & go but I’ve still been a patient. Mostly for Marylu who is the sweetest most kind & genuine person. However this is not the 1st time that the receptionist has been rude with a bad attitude. Horrible. They waited ‘til the day of to cancel my appointment as if i havent been waiting 2 months for my appointment. I expressed to the manager patty that i am in pain and have been needing pain pills to consume my meals and she had no remorse or consideration. She says the Dentist will only remove my wisdom tooth under anesthetic but my insurance already denied that. Would not recommend
I recently switched dental offices and landed at Advanced Family Dental and WOW what a great decision! From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. Excellent experience! I had my wisdom tooth extracted and I was so anxious about the pain beforehand but the doctor put orajel on my gums before shooting me up with novacaine and in literally no time he he was done. I’d recommend them to anyone.
