Well I’ve hesitated to write this review, however now I feel it’s past time. My wife had work done here in July 2019. A filling and a crown for which we paid 1700. They told her it might work it might not. She chose to have it done because they couldn’t do a root canal. Flash forward to January. Woke up to a little swollen cheek, she went in they charged us another 400+ dollars to “clean it out” . They said “well we told her it might not work”, which I thought was rude and unprofessional, but what could I say. The very next ... read more

Bill, we are beyond sorry that you feel our team did not provide your wife with the highest quality of care. We do feel that everyone in our office went above and beyond to help get her in the office and out of pain on an emergency time frame as you were moving, and she was extremely infected. Unfortunately the extent of infection in a tooth is out of our control, we referred you to the specialist to complete treatment which is protocol and high standard of care.
