Waited from late July to now to see him, called at least once a week to get in but had to wait. He knows what he’s doing but takes a while to see him. He’s done two surgeries for me but still having issues. Waiting to hear from a scheduler for an injection. We’ll see what magic he will have to do to figure out what’s going on, but I trust him 100%.
-I began mentioning 2 areas of consistent and increased pain since last visit that felt connected to my scoliosis curve, Zaltz asked “who told you that?” -Received based recommendations I have previously tried or found online (Physical therapy methods, reformer Pilates, “you could try a chiropractor”)-Scheduled in-office visit intentionally for an insured physical therapy script, almost didn’t receive due to miscommunication until asking again as Zaltz was leaving. I wish I would have reported him. He under-prescribed pain medicine for my partial knee replacement and osteotomy. I had complications from surgery - given 9 bags of IV fluids and sent home retaining 15-20 pounds of this fluid. Pain level was at a ten, and I had difficulty breathing. The pain pump I was sent home never worked and all of the medicine leaked out. I had to be rushed back to a different ER. Went to him for a second opinion for my daughter and our only regret is that we didn’t go to him first. My daughter is finally going to get the treatment she needs.
The people were nice and helped me out quite a lot. I have a lot of self growing I need to do and they talked a lot about what the problem was and trying to figure things out.
Dr. Zaltz is the best at what he does. His expert opinion and approachability mean everything to us.
