Very disappointed with the lack of communication. I have contacted Advanced Eyecare South multiple times by phone and email requesting copies of my previous eye-examination records and prescriptions. Despite my repeated attempts, I have received no records and no communication regarding the status of my request. Dr. Harter has been the best eye doctor we’ve had in ages! So good that we’ve constantly overlooked rhe nightmare of trying to schedule or ever talk to someone at the front desk. Today, I was unable to make it 15 minutes early and when I arrive for my appointment, was asked to wait as not a single person was in the front. When the came to the desk, I was immediately told I’d have to reschedule. My family has been rescheduled 3 times and we get confrontation texts for every appointment that they have cancelled.
