The doctor's nice but the office staff could use a little bit more help. Maybe some training maybe be a little clearer. When I tell you my child's last name multiple times but you put it under the wrong last name and then you tell me the wrong day and time I get a little irritated when I make plans to be there and then find out I don't have an appointment.

This office over charge for service, double the charge 400.00 without any contacts or glasses. I personal paid 200.00 and then they charge my health care, rushing me through like just a number, save yourself and go to another office. Nothing special from this office. You are just a number and no care.
Paige, the optician was very nice and answered all my questions. Unfortunately, when I walked in the door, I got a very strong smell of urine and the carpet Looks like it had not been cleaned in a very long time.
I stopped going to the location in Raytown because of bad customer service and thought I'd give this location a try. Turns out I won't be going back to this one either. I don't appreciate being questioned as if I don't have a clue of what's going on. Had I been informed of my next step of what to do, then that would have taken place and I wouldn't have questioned why I received something that's outdated.
