I have been going here for years now I'm being told I'm not a patient and have no record of me. So all the pics and xrays I paid for are gone? Nothing to compare future xrays to ? So apparently all the money i spent was wasted. To top it off the person calling me was rude and only wanted to fill in new patient info. Dr. Wilhelmus and her staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and provide great service!
Called 2 weeks ago to get new lenses from warranty, said I was good thru December. Called today to order them and they said it expired on the 17th and need a new prescription! SCAM……
The doctor's nice but the office staff could use a little bit more help. Maybe some training maybe be a little clearer. When I tell you my child's last name multiple times but you put it under the wrong last name and then you tell me the wrong day and time I get a little irritated when I make plans to be there and then find out I don't have an appointment.
