Dr Turcios and his staff are fantastic. I’ve been seeing him exclusively for my corrective lenses for years. He’s been thorough and attentive to my needs. He noticed a spot on the back of one of my eyes and makes it a point to bring it up at every exam and re-exam it to make sure it hasn’t changed. I question the capacity and skills of Dr Turcius, given he never treated my high eye pressure after 6 months of abnormal readings. A specialist outside of this office immediately started treatment.
Very kind and professional staff! I thank the Doctor for maintaining my vision through glaucoma and have the utmost confidence with that office!!!
Front desk extremely rude. Told her that I did not receive a call for my appointment and she said I’m more than welcome to call another office. Basically said I should find another place to go. Asked to speak to a manager or someone above her and she said no one was available. How is there no lead or manager available to talk?
