I’m extremely disappointed with my experience here. I initially had a great impression of the office. The optometrist was very thorough, took his time with my exam, explained everything clearly, and I genuinely thought he was great. Unfortunately, everything involving my glasses afterward was a completely different experience. I brought in a pair of Ray-Ban frames that I had worn for almost four years to have new prescription lenses put in. The frames were still in decent condition and fit me perfectly. A screw fell out of my Ray-Ban sunglasses, causing the lens to pop out. I stopped by Advanced Eyecare, where I’d previously purchased prescription glasses, and they fixed them right away—at no charge. Fast, friendly service, and a genuinely kind gesture. Forever grateful!
