This place is a hidden gem in Dana Point. From the outside, it’s unassuming, but inside, it’s bright, clean, and has a charming beachy vibe. My eye exam was thorough, and Dr. Wang took the time to answer all my questions with patience and care. Brady and Gigi were both incredibly helpful, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. This is a hidden gem in Dana Point. It’s unassuming from the outside, but inside it’s a super clean and cute location with a beachy theme. I had a great eye exam and Dr. Wang was very patient and answered all my questions. And then when it came time to select some glasses, Gigi was so kind and helpful. I initially contacted this group, provided my insurance and I was told it was acceptable. Two weeks later and after making the trip from Mission Viejo parking there was very challenging. Once I got to the office, I was informed that my insurance was not acceptable but they are willing to accept me as a cash paying patient. I never got to seen by a doctor but the receptionist frustrated and disappointed me.
Excellent, professional, friendly. Almost doesn't feel real. Merry Christmas!
