Unprofessional! Bad Business! My father had a very disappointing experience with this office due to their unprofessional handling of appointments and treatment of clients. We had an original appt time changed from the 2pm to 8am the day before the appt. with just a voicemail reminder telling him that this is his time without consulting. Been coming here for years and have never had any doubts about Dr. Doan's care and compassion about her patients. Recently, brought my elderly mom for a regular check up and I appreciate Dr. Doan spending a lot of time to ensure that my mom's eyes were looked after and patiently answering all here questions. We also purchased glasses here - her staff are not pushy sales agents and ensure that they can meet your needs.

Both Dr. Doan and her staff were not only professional and courteous, but they all advocated for me (more than once) and tailored my prescriptions to meet the criteria that my insurance required so I could get coverage. They also recommended a coupon initially that saved me $700. And since I have seen Dr. Doan, I have had no discomfort with my severe dry eye problems. I can't say enough about Dr. Doan and her staff.
