I had a very disappointing experience with these eye doctor's office.I have contacted them multiple times requesting that my eye health records be transferred or sent to me by email,but the front desk has been extremely rude and unhelpful. After more than four years as a client, I have unfortunately decided to take my business elsewhere. Over the years, I have noticed the customer service at the front desk decline significantly. After reading other reviews, it appears I am not the only patient who has experienced what I would describe as rude and unprofessional interactions.
