Very disappointed. I went in to order an arm/temple piece for my glasses that broke, the young lady informed me that my eye glass style was no longer made. I inquired why the arm couldn't be ordered as the company still made glasses, the reply was it just wasn't available anymore because the style was obsolete. I had ordered an arm before from another location so I found that odd. Dr is fantastic, my whole family including my 5 year old go here. Very quick appointments and they ship to your house.
