This is a very organized clinic - I found all the new patient forms online and they were easy to fill out! Our apt with Dr. Rocks was very thorough and informative. Office staff was efficient and helpful! Highly recommend this practice!

I really like this place, everyone is nice and even trough some of the complications I had with the adjustment into progressive lenses they helped me get into a pair that works for me and super helpful, patient and informative along the way. Thank you
They are phenomenal! Dr. Kosiba is very thorough always listens to any and all concerns. The front desk staff is amazing they are always so kind and helpful. I have honestly NEVER been to a better doctors office. I will be a patient forever!
