Today, Dr. Hongo, Jenn, & another girl who assisted in the process took great care of me! Dr. Hongo gave me the regular punctual plug implant I needed for my right eye and the procedure went great! I am happy I chose this wonderful practice for my eye care!!! Thank you!
I got an emergency appointment on a Saturday morning. Dr. Lie was super helpful in taking care of me. She gave me comfort knowing that what was bothering me was normal for the procedure I had the day before. (From another another doctor who hadn’t told me what to expect).
Dr. Lie was amazing, I felt gery taken care of.
