Dr. Lie was amazing, I felt gery taken care of.
I was a new patient and they treated me so well, like I was a long standing regular. They took wonderful care of my issue and explained everything so clearly. i plan to be one of their regular patie to now.
Ordered a pair of glasses, paid my $1000, and now I have been waiting for 5 weeks to get them so I can see! They told me 7-10 days, so I ordered them. Had I known it was going to take 5 weeks, and the fact that they don't care or even keep me informed of the situation. Instead, every time I call to check, they love to tell me that they will contact me when they arrive and that I don't need to check in...
Very Professional . In and out within a hour . Everyone was very friendly . Dr. And Technician did an excellent job communicating what the different test were for . The Doctor took her time and explained what she was looking at from the test results and eye photos . Overall experience meet my expectations!
Fantastic experience! One percent of the population experiences tares in their retina. If you’ve had one, you are likely to experience more. And if you noticed anything peculiar in your vision you’re told to have it checked immediately. You don’t necessarily “feel” the tare. My vision was challenged in my left eye. I was scared. Dr. Hansen addressed my immediate concern (it wasn’t a tare) and then addressed what was causing my symptoms. I left the office feeling like a whole new person. The relief was palpable.
