Personally, I did not have good experience with them. Not really professional. I don’t wanna go back .
Staff was very friendly. However, even with insurance it was expensive compared to other places I have been to in the past. Probably won’t go back.
Called couple times to schedule an exam, never got a response! Very strange!
As a new patient, I'm EXTREMELY unhappy that my two voicemail messages of 01 & 04 Feb 2021 relative to a billing issue (for services on 04 Nov 2020) have as yet to be returned. Sent a text on 8 Feb 2021 too. Recommend making sure before services are rendered that it is made abundantly clear what insurance provider the claim is to be filed with and appropriately coded.
I brought my daughter here for her glasses and she absolutely love the experience.... I decided to use them as well and let me say wow... I’ve never been through such a thorough exam they check for everything... the staff is fantastic and very Professional... Dr.Wright is amazing very clear on explaining everything so you can understand.... I have not gotten my glasses yet but I sure can’t wait to go back and get them....
