Update I explained to everyone that I was overstimulated and I say the “f” word. Yes your staff didn’t know what they were doing because that was the first time I went into get them adjusted they broke the frame. It’s not my problem that your staff can’t take the truth of their own actions. During a previous visit, I went through the entire process of selecting new glasses, spending close to an hour with staff, only to be told at the front desk that the total was $450 for the pair. This was never discussed until the very end and it was apparently the most expensive pair they had. I ended up purchasing them at the time simply to avoid wasting everyone’s time or creating an awkward situation.
