I have been going to Advanced Eye Care for many years and have ALWAYS had a wonderful experience each and every time. Dr. White and I have built up an extraordinary and close doctor and patient relationship. He is the only optometrist I trust with my eyes. My 19 yr old daughter went in to get an eye exam and met with Dr. Nash. She came out with glowing praises of him. He was easy to talk to, he took his time with the testing, unlike Costco, and explained everything thoroughly. She said she would definitely go back again. I was waiting in the sitting area and observed the efficient, well staffed front office staff interacting with customers and was impressed with their professionalism and kindness. Customer service was exemplary!
My husband and I recently switched to Advanced Eyecare because we saw how wonderful they were with my mom when she needed emergency services. They got her in right away, and worked with her on the pricing because she doesn’t have insurance. They followed up several times to make sure that everything was healing nicely. My mom, my husband, and I have all now been seen by Dr. Van Klompenburg who is very professional and friendly. Every single staff member we spoke to was so nice. We’re very happy with our switch!
My experience at Advanced Eye Care was nothing short of amazing. Friendly and professional staff makes it easy to go through the process of selecting frames. Alex was very helpful and provided excellent insight and feedback on frames. We’ll be back again and again:-)
Dr White deeply cares about his patients. Each visit I’ve had over the 10 plus years I’ve seen him, he takes the time to explain and show in detail what he finds in examining my eyes. He instructs and patiently answers all my questions like a teacher would. The front desk is helpful and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him.
