I had an upper bletharoplasty at this surgery center by Dr. Houlihan from Chico Eye Center. I was nervous at first but the staff made it seem so easy! They were all very professional and caring. I would highly recommend it.
I recently had a procedure done at Advanced Eye Surgery. The facility was clean and had plenty of parking. The waiting room was comfortable. The staff was polite, professional and caring. They made sure I was comfortable and took care of my concerns. I needed a driver after the procedure. The staff kept her informed which made my departure quick and easy.
I had a very good experience. This was my first cataract surgery. The office staff were all welcoming, professional & very nice, and they went out of their way to work with my insurance. The medical staff were friendly, well skilled, informative & comforting. The wait time that I experienced seemed normal from my check-in to being back in my car was 1.5 hours.
