Great office! New Dr. Dr. Rose M. was amazing!!!
Pleasant, thorough and professional and personable. Takes the time you need.
I feel that they are short staffed and I'm not getting the attention that Dr. Greenberg gave. They didn't dilate my eyes on the last 2 visits or look into my eyes, just did the eye pressure.
This location is not kept clean and the toilet could not be used. I saw many patients turning and covering their face after peeping into the toilet. Some Exam rooms are not probably cleaned for a while. Very sad to report.
The front desk employee was pleasant, and very helpful. The issue was I waited 1 hour before I was called to see nurse, and I was informed I would be waiting again to see doctor. I rescheduled my appointment. I waited 1 month for this appointment.now I’m waiting other 4 week. I’m disappointed . Please schedule less appointments so us seniors don’t wait all day to see doctors.
