Waited over 3 hrs to get passed, and no apologies from staff either. Seems disorganized and overschedule for times they don’t have!
The doctors and people here take very good care of you. Be forewarned no matter what time your appointment is they're going to see you in about an hour after that. This has been my consistent experience for over a year.

I’ll be honest—it’s been hard for me to care about my eye health, especially since I’ve had chronic, invisible symptoms since I was young. That said, Jerred has been incredibly kind and understanding to me and all of his patients. He assures me that my eyes are mainly healthy, and I believe that will mean more to me over time. Jerred is awesome and reassuring about the health of my eyes. Sometimes when I call for something they don’t answer for days but they are probably busy or think it’s not important I don’t blame the doctors. It’s good to know my eyes are taken care of. I know his patients are in good hands with him. Other doctors are so cold and clinical so I can say Jerred is the best doctor I have seen.
