The doctors Tsai are both exceptional, thorough and caring. I'm very happy to be established with them as my ophthalmology care team, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for excellence in eye care.

Annual with Dr Mai Tsai, Been seeing Dr Mai for over 5 years Office staff great. Arrived 20 minutes early from appointment time. Quick check-in and in less than 10 minutes was taken in for pre-exam procedures. Wait was only as long for dilation to occur, then was taken into the exam room whereas Dr Mai was her ever bright, friendly and quite through.

I have nothing but gratitude to the entire team. The front desk staff are kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Dr. Mai Tsai is exceptional she is so nice to my daughter; compassionate, knowledgeable, and full of integrity. She puts her patients first. As someone who works in another medical office, I can say that wait times for specialists are normal. In many cases, waiting several months for an appointment is simply the reality of specialty care in America. That isn't a reflection of the quality of this practice. After ... read more

I moved to Tucson in August of 2025. Was laided up due to surgery for three months. Have been under eye care for glacoma for 20 plus years with month interful checkups. So needing my medication I called advance Eye care of TUCSON for an eye exam and meds for the my glacoma early march and told I couldn't get an appointment till July even though I ended a refill on my meds.
