It is very unfortunate that the staff reflect so poorly on Dr. Kefah Habash, because he is by far, the most polite, competent, and professional eye doctor I have experienced. This is evidenced by multiple reviews on here (with a total 2.9 star review for him and 3.1 for the eye care center), all commending Dr. Habesh and stating how rudely they were treated. Dr. Kefah Habash is a great, personable doctor. Highly recommend.
So apparently COVID19 caused there computers to crash and lose all patient data except insurance......Honest the receptionist actually said that. She also said "corporate" called all patients to have them reschedule their appointments. My wife and I both had appointments within 2 days of each other that were made last year. There was no call, letter or email. I left work early to go to my appointment only to find out I do not have one.....
