Before yesterday, I would’ve given it 5* after yesterday, I would give it a big fat 0! They say I ordered contacts two years ago, which I never did because the trials that I tried (3) different manafactors and none worked. So I never got the contacts and kept my glasses that I’ve had for several years. My insurance wouldn’t cover my new pair of glasses because it shows that I got contacts. We called the insurance to explain this to them. They called Adavnce Eye Care to see if they would retract the order that I never placed ... read more
This place is a nightmare. I've worn contacts for 30 years and they caused an eye condition in my eye and it took 6+ visits to correct and then billed me for it, plus messing up how much was charged, then couldn't do the simple math to get me refunded on how much they over billed. They are disorganized and no one knows whats going on. I have never been to an eye doctor that caused me this much trouble. I will never go back and will not recommend them to anyone!
Very disappointed! We have been a client for awhile always schedule our visits a year in advance. Had our back to school exams scheduled and they call a week before our appointment to reschedule. They couldn't reschedule us earlier could only be after school started. That is the reason I scheduled a year in advance so I wouldn't have to take the kids out of school for an appointment. Not happy. I was able to find another place to take us in before school.
Office staff is friendly. whoever they are using to produce lenses is terrible. I got new glasses a month ago. Took 3 times before lenses were correct. I Put a hole in one lense and went to replace it. They messed up prescription again. Why would I go back?? nothing literally but headaches
It's been a nightmare getting my glasses. First time it's ever been like this, but its the last time I will be going there. Extremely awful.
I'm very disappointed with the service I received with advanced eye care. My son received a new pair of glasses on December 15th and I was told if I didn't like them or if anything was wrong I could return them within thirty days. Today my son's glasses broke (less than thirty days when we received them). My husband took them to advanced eye care and he was told that they didn't warranty any of their glasses and there wasn't anything they could do; maybe the manufacture has a warranty? My husband and I have been going here since they first opened. We love the service we get and the doctors remember us every time we come in.
