If you're going to try to schedule an appointment here, DON'T request an appointment on-line. I scheduled an appointment in January, received a confirmation that they had received my request, and today (in March)..."I don't see an appointment for you today." Why even go to the effort of creating an on-line appointment service, if you are going to simply ignore (ex-) customers who attempt to use it? I have been a patient at Advance Eye Center for some time, but the customer service has progressively worsened. Phone calls routinely go unanswered, and promised callbacks never happen. On Thursday, January 29th, I requested that the owner contact me directly. That request was ignored. At one point, I was physically outside the office while calling and observed the receptionist ignoring incoming calls.
