On January 18, I headed to their office in Providence for an appointment at 4:30 pm, I was late ten to twelve minutes due to traffic on 95 ( Bridge restrictions) and the doctor refused to see. The front desk person was very kind and pleasant and explained that she was aware that I was there within the tolerance of fifteen minutes but could not do anything since the doctor had refused to see me.
