I came in having no idea what my insurance looked like or how it worked. This was my first eye appointment since I had been in elementary school, so I had no idea what to expect. This has been the best customer experience I have had ever. Thankyou Christian, Lauren, Teice, and Tyler. You guys are great and very helpful !
The place looks great and the staff works hard. I do really miss when it was Advanced Eye care though because they had the best eyeglasses and the service was extraordinary, especially when they were downtown. They always had plenty of good help, however the new place rarely does. I’ve gone in three times but they’ve never had enough help to sell me some eyeglasses. Dr. Mcclelland, Tyler, and Teice were incredibly helpful, professional, and accomodating during my visit. I'm so happy with my new prescription and glasses!
