The exam was very straight forward, and most of the staff was very kind. However, the associate who helped me pick my frames openly mocked my clothing and the way I spoke. They even jokingly mistook me for another customer when I came in for the initial exam, as if they couldn’t tell us apart. I have multiple conditions that affect my speech, as well as being indigenous and LGBTQ+. Sadly, I’m reluctant to return due to this treatment.
Great folks and quality care. Teice, Dr McClelland, and all the staff are great at what they do.
While it took several tries Teice continued to listen to me and found a solution that worked!
Great selection of frames and friendly, accommodating staff. The manager Lauren was incredibly helpful & went out of her way to research & try to help me find the frame size I wanted at another store out of state!
All staff were very helpful and friendly, and they fixed my broken/warped glasses for free so I have no worries until my new pair is ready :) I also agree with other reviews mentioning Teice! Very personable, and walked me through everything I needed to know as a new buyer. Will definitely come here for all my eye-related needs in the future!
