These people do nice work if/when they show up. The first appt. window was 1-5pm and the technician came mid-afternoon. The second time he showed up nearly an hour late, at 5:55pm, as we were sitting down to dinner. No apology, no call, no explanation. The third appointment was just like the second one. We had a previous engagement and had to leave our home by 5:50pm and the technician still had not arrived...no phone call, nothing. I don't know if he ever arrived at all.
