We were fortunate to have ************************* of Advanced Exterior, project manager, to undertake our roof replacement and other related damage to our house due to hail damage. ************************* and his colleagues at Advanced Exterior were extremely helpful and completed all of the project components to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. We recommend ************************* of Advanced Exterior to anyone who is seeking a competent and caring project manager to complete their project.
Overall, Advanced Exteriors did a great job. The process was explained well and work completed in a timely manner. If there was a problem they were quick to respond and remedy the issue. The roof looks great! I knocked one start for the following reason. The work crew could have done a better job cleaning up and making sure the walkways were clear for my family. We got home at a normal hour after work and there was a pile four feet high in front of both entry doors.
Major hail damage happened where I live in 2018, lots of contractors knocked on our door - including AE. The salesman was real slick. I signed with them to reside our house, replace roof and gutters, and several other items. AE met my insurance adjuster at my house, AE hid some siding we had replaced the year before, as it matched the original siding & AE didn't want to adjuster to see how well it matched. We had a leaking flat roof and a related stucco wall replaced last fall and the quality of the workmanship and attention to detail was extraordinary. Our project leader was Gary ***** and he went beyond expectations in his timeliness and professionalism. Gary was able to thoroughly explain the process to us and keep us informed of everything as the roof and related repairs were completed. They put the wrong color drip edge on, main roof leaked from a vent and damaged drywall and they tried to replace the roof with a metal patch???, my patio was done 3 times (first time the complete wrong color of roofing, second leaked and the osb was soggy, third time..we will see!), windows leaked and sagged, gutters not installed with the correct slope or attached to downspouts. We are very satisfied with our experience with using AE as our general contractor for the repairs to our house following the catastrophic hail storm that hit Fountain, Colorado on 13 June 2018, and would recommend them to anyone. They were doing the same work for a neighbor whose judgement I trust because, like me, he is very picky and exacting.
