The duct cleaning service provided by John and his assistant Alex was terrific. Very thorough and professionally done.
I bought a mini split and had them install it 5 years ago. Every year the heat performs very poorly and there was no back up so winters we also burned wood to keep warm. Every year I have called them out and had written many emails asking them why this was not addressed. To be honest except for the last visit they did not charge me but they also started charging now and the issue isn't fixed. John Marquess came to my house to first assess the duct cleaning work I wanted done, gave a quote and also made some recommendations. He was very personable and easy to talk to, which helped make my decision a lot easier. He returned at a later date to perform the work and to also help install an Air Scrubber, which I recommend. He was very knowledgeable of the task at hand and completed the job in a superb and efficient manner. I will definitely use AES and his services again in the future.
