John and his staff have been quick to respond, friendly, and efficient! With the heat wave this past week, they had to be swamped. But, they still managed to get to us in a reasonable amount of time, found the problem, and had us up and running in a couple hours! This has to be the industry standard. Thanks AES!!
John was fantastic; he took the time to explain each thing he was doing so it was clear why we needed it and he even recommended against a system scrubber at this time based on our specific situation. He did share plenty of info about the scrubber as well as duct upgrades we might want to consider in the future, which we truly appreciated.
