Joe Rizzo hires employees who are incompetent and who don’t care. As a result of their negligent service as a tree/ Shrub/grass fertilizer company, our palm trees went 11 months without them recognizing ganaderma. We now are spending lots of money to remove them and plant other trees and shrubs to replace the diseased ones. His company did the EXACT same thing with my brother’s palm trees, costing him money and headaches. His job was to INSPECT our trees, diagnose and treat them.
