I have a malignant tumor on my thyroid. It needs removed as soon as possible so the cancer doesn't spread. This office could not get me in for an initial appointment for 3 weeks after referral and that won't even be for surgery. They just won't schedule surgery until they can charge my insurance for an office visit first.
