Dr. Menachof is knowledgeable, kind and as far as I'm concerned expert in his field. I've had two other sinus surgeries before with other doctors and had lack lustre results. I had my 3rd Sinus Surgery with Dr.M on Sept. 30, 2025 and am over the moon with the results! My Surgery was extensive including a septoplasty and all turned out just wonderful. His office staff is great as well. I highly recommend him for all your ENT needs.
The treatment was ineffective, yet they insisted on continuing it for years. I asked them for prescriptions since the allergies are really severe, but they repeatedly avoided providing prescriptions covered by my insurance. Instead, they kept asking me to purchase expensive and not effective over-the-counter medication.
I am extremely grateful to Dr. Menachof! He is the only ENT—out of the five I saw over the last year and a half—who correctly identified the real cause of my ongoing nasal breathing issues, especially at night. While others told me my septum was only slightly deviated, Dr. Menachof performed an in-house CT scan and discovered that while the deviation at the bottom was minor, it was actually quite significant toward the top. This place is great they really care about you and your issues. Did an extensive test and found I’m allergic to a lot!!!! Highly recommend if you are looking for a great allergist in Colorado.
I went to Dr. Menachof in 2022 to fix a deviated septum with hopes to improve my breathing and my confidence. I shared my insecurities about my nose, it was crooked, too large and had a hump. I was told a combined septo-rhinoplasty would help both function and appearance. I asked for a very natural result and stressed that breathing was my top priority.
