I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery here about 3 years back. I will preface by stating the functional outcome of my surgery breathing wise, was quite good. The issues I have, are fully cosmetic. I had a very slight bump in my bridge Dr M offered to rasp down. Unfortunately, shortly after the surgery I could soon tell the aesthetic result was not good. Dr. M. and his staff have been absolutely amazing, organized and compassionate. I ended up having to have two surgeries because there was an infection in my nose that would not go away. Dr.M. didn't stop until it went away. I'm regaining my health and I am so thankful! I think five stars is not enough. I would give them 10 STARS!!!! Thank you!!!!
Made one appointment then was told that the office is closing and I need to find another ent.
Dr. Menachof is knowledgeable, kind and as far as I'm concerned expert in his field. I've had two other sinus surgeries before with other doctors and had lack lustre results. I had my 3rd Sinus Surgery with Dr.M on Sept. 30, 2025 and am over the moon with the results! My Surgery was extensive including a septoplasty and all turned out just wonderful. His office staff is great as well. I highly recommend him for all your ENT needs.
The treatment was ineffective, yet they insisted on continuing it for years. I asked them for prescriptions since the allergies are really severe, but they repeatedly avoided providing prescriptions covered by my insurance. Instead, they kept asking me to purchase expensive and not effective over-the-counter medication.
