Dr. Rosenthal was great! My root canal experience was easy, stress free and pain free.
I have had 5 root canals done by dr Herceg she is wonderful always makes me feel comfortable and checks on me after the procedure.. The nurses are terrific as are the receptionists. I would recommend this office. It’s easy to park and the office is very friendly. Thank you Dr. Herceg for saving my teeth.
I was referred by my dentist whose office called Advanced Endodontics ahead to confirm a dentist in the Cigna network was available to perform my root canal. Only after the procedure was over was I informed that Dr. Rosenthal was not in my Cigna network. I was then charged $700 out of pocket. If an in-network dentist had done the procedure there would have been no charge.
I just had a wonderful experience with Dr. Agnes Herceg. She is a kind & capable dentist and I recommend her highly!
I can't say I look forward to a Root Canal. It always sounds worse than it is in reality. Dr. Herceg did my procedure and she was great. She is always checking on how you are doing during the procedure. The music they play is soothing and I get a kick out of it when she lightly hums some of the tunes. I feel that if she is relaxed, it relaxes me. Clean office and a friendly staff. I very much recommend Dr. Herceg and Advanced Endodontics and Microsurgery of Stamford.
I've had several root canals at this office. Most recently I had an emergency that Dr. Herceg responded to immediately. I'm going out on a limb here by saying I really enjoyed this root canal. It was totally painless both during and after the procedure (on a rear molar no less). Dr. Herceg is extraordinarily skilled at her craft. She and her staff made the whole experience a pleasure. I can't wait for my next root canal!
Dr. Rosenthal performed an emergency root canal on my 18 year old. He was so kind and incredibly good with her. The whole process has been surprisingly easy. And she is very afraid of dentists. She actually called it "a great experience." We both had to laugh that she would ever describe a root canal that way, but there it is. I'd recommend him without hesitation. I think he'd be great for young kids too. His staff was great, very caring.
Was having a crown put on but was in a lot of pain. Dr Rosenthal was able to fit me in the same day to see what was going on. Said I needed a root canal and began the process that day. Saw me a few days later and finished the process. He was extremely nice and courteous. The staff is great. They even called me the next day to see how I was feeling.
