Excellent customer service Care was exceptional.
My husbands emergency My husband had an emergency. He had been to the ER and was sent to a dentist. But no one would take him except Advanced Endodontics Care, despite never being there before. They were so nice and got him right in. They were genuinely concerned about him and worked on him, getting him out of excruciating pain! We were so impressed and grateful! If we could, we would give them 20 stars!
No pain Very professional. No pain for the root canal. Expensive but they are very good.
Root canal I dread going to the dentist, especially for a root canal.45 minutes, some music in headphones and nitous-I was out of the chair pain free. It could not have gone any better. If I ever need another I'll go here, no doubt.
Pain free Just like the title says. Ok. With the exception of the initial numbing shots. I have experienced some of the worst pain during root canals so I sat there with clenched fist expecting the worst waiting for pain that never came. They were fast, efficient, and informative throughout the procedure. Awesome is all I can say. Thank you so much.
Very satisfied customer Had a great experience, staff was very helpful and thorough in explaining cost. And very friendly. Dr. Very gentle, was a good listener and asked many questions to understand my concern.

Root Canal Experience My teenage daughter recently had a root canal at Advanced Endodontics Care in Kennewick. She received excellent care. From the front desk staff to the Hygentist and the doctor, the entire experience went smoothly. She has had minimal discomfort, which she is very happy about!
