Went to the Old Saybrook location and had an absolutely amazing experience (minus the pain) I’ve had terrible experiences with many many dentists and I was treated extremely well. My pain tolerance was taken into consideration and I was numb beyond belief even allowing me extra time to calm my nerves!!
If you have any physical issues including TMJ, swallowing problems or back issues do not deal with Dr. Marinescu. Prepare to get “ do you want the tooth fixed or do you want to have it pulled”. He is extremely rude and has no idea of what a reasonable accommodation is under the American Disability Act. Also have your co- pay ready as he will yell it out in front of everyone in the waiting room. When he has over charged don’t expect to get your refund any time soon.
