I wish I could give zero stars. This was one of the most unprofessional doctor’s offices I’ve ever been to. The receptionist was extremely rude, and Dr. Bansal came across as cold and unfriendly. We had to wait an hour for our appointment. I’m 53 years old and have visited many doctors’ offices in my life—this one stands out for all the wrong reasons. I will never return here. BEWARE!!! If you're looking for an endocrinologist, stay away from this place. The staff are both rude and unethical to say the least. I was working with the NP who was amazing, but ended up leaving. When I had my 1st appt with Dr. B and I mentioned I loved to eat healthy and workout, she asked if I was anorexic. Huh? Isn't that a good thing. I'd give 0 if I could. There's nothing good to say about this place or the staff. They're rude, unhelpful, and inexperienced.
I have been with the office since my A1C was 15. My A1C today is 6.9 and I'm so proud of myself but none of it would be possible without the care, advice and compassion of Dr Bansal and her staff. When I was nervous to take a medication, I was thoroughly explained why they wanted to put me on this medication and the benefits of taking it.
