Front Desk staff unprofessional, music so loud we couldn't hear eachother. The girl that was checking je in even rolled her eyes at me and gave me an awful look. Felt very uncomfortable staying fir my appointment. Dr and Assistant, however, very informative, listened well and answered all my questions. Ill likely see if Dr has other locations to avoid te front desk! Very off balance between front and back rooms.

Sooo, I wrote a review in DEC 10th, 2025. This is an update, unfortunately. Anyways, I finally a call back from Sarah (the rude front desk lady) after a bit of phone tag. She answered and said, “hi, is this *my name*?” I said, yes I’ve been calling to reschedule my appointment which you all canceled for no reason. She said, yeah we’re sorry for that inconvenience (in a sarcastic rude tone). We reschedule for JAN. 15th at 10am. Unfortunately, my experience with Advanced Endocrinology has been very disappointing. The office is extremely difficult to reach by phone, and when I do get through, calls are often transferred to third-party services just to leave a message. Those representatives have been unpleasant and unprofessional to speak with. The front desk staff has also been rude which makes an already frustrating situation even worse. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I’ve been calling since OCTOBER. I thought it took 24 to 48 hours for someone to get back to you, what’s up with that? I FINALLY got a call back on DEC. 1st and I spoke with some lady who clearly hates her job. Anyways, I scheduled my appointment for DEC. 26th at 10:45am. Received another call on the 8th from the same lady about filling out paperwork and I did the paperwork. TODAY HOWEVER I RECEIVED A TEXT STATING MY APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELED. NO EXPLANATION. NO CALL.
