Very disappointing experience. My son was told by the endocrinology office to get lab work done, so he used his lunch break from work to go, only to find out there were no lab orders submitted. The office is extremely difficult to reach, and the third-party service they use was rude and unprofessional. Very frustrating and a complete waste of his time.

Unfortunately, this place is a joke. It's impossible to make appointments or even speak with office staff. Not even trying anymore, recommending to search for different provider.

Advanced Endocrinology is truly an exceptional practice, and a huge part of that is because of the amazing manager. Front Desk staff unprofessional, music so loud we couldn't hear eachother. The girl that was checking je in even rolled her eyes at me and gave me an awful look. Felt very uncomfortable staying fir my appointment. Dr and Assistant, however, very informative, listened well and answered all my questions. Ill likely see if Dr has other locations to avoid te front desk! Very off balance between front and back rooms.
