Unfortunately, this place is a joke. It's impossible to make appointments or even speak with office staff. Not even trying anymore, recommending to search for different provider.

Front Desk staff unprofessional, music so loud we couldn't hear eachother. The girl that was checking je in even rolled her eyes at me and gave me an awful look. Felt very uncomfortable staying fir my appointment. Dr and Assistant, however, very informative, listened well and answered all my questions. Ill likely see if Dr has other locations to avoid te front desk! Very off balance between front and back rooms.

Sooo, I wrote a review in DEC 10th, 2025. This is an update, unfortunately. Anyways, I finally a call back from Sarah (the rude front desk lady) after a bit of phone tag. She answered and said, “hi, is this *my name*?” I said, yes I’ve been calling to reschedule my appointment which you all canceled for no reason. She said, yeah we’re sorry for that inconvenience (in a sarcastic rude tone). We reschedule for JAN. 15th at 10am.
