Overall, had a great experience with NP Madhur Das and Dr Bansal, throughly went over everything. The only complain is their phone which is unreachable, you will have to contact through their website email section. They should really work on it. Its taking way too much time to reachout to the clinic.
Dr. Bansal and her team are professional, kind, and thorough. I always feel listened to and well taken care of. Highly recommend for anyone needing expert endocrinology care.
This is a great office. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I have seen a different provider every time and they are all amazing.
I wish I could give zero stars. This was one of the most unprofessional doctor’s offices I’ve ever been to. The receptionist was extremely rude, and Dr. Bansal came across as cold and unfriendly. We had to wait an hour for our appointment. I’m 53 years old and have visited many doctors’ offices in my life—this one stands out for all the wrong reasons. I will never return here. BEWARE!!! If you're looking for an endocrinologist, stay away from this place. The staff are both rude and unethical to say the least. I was working with the NP who was amazing, but ended up leaving. When I had my 1st appt with Dr. B and I mentioned I loved to eat healthy and workout, she asked if I was anorexic. Huh? Isn't that a good thing.
