I needed to have another EMG due to consistent pain and numbness in my left arm and hand. My neurologist suggested an EMG to rule out cervical nerve problem. I have had an EMG five times and dreaded the test. I am pleased that my neurologist (Elizabeth Smith) recommended Dr. Laura Corrigan, Advanced EMG of Michigan, to do my EMG for several reasons.
