Have used AES for service and new installation in both my homes in Fairfield county CT. EVERY TIME they were there when I needed them with very fast response. And the equipment they install has never failed. I highly recommend them for your security needs.

Honestly, this company doesn't even deserve the one star. We inherited their service when our original alarm company sold to AES. Find them to be rude, unprofessional, not accommodating, nasty. They ignored our several written requests to cancel the service. Get collection letters & calls months later. To top it off, they are expensive. Don't even try them.
Over the years I've used many alarm providers for my homes and businesses and it's rare to find a security company, or any company for that matter, that is as professional, dedicated and easy to engage with as AES.
