I didn’t receive any services from this location but I wouldn’t go here. The customer service I received just over the phone was awful. I’m assuming it was Vivian who picked up her phone right away being rude to me asking why I was calling her in the first place. This is the number for her business and she said ppl usually text her instead. How am I supposed to know that? Today was my first treatment ever of electrolysis for my PCOS facial hair growth and I did not feel a thing. Vivian did such a good job. She was very efficient and you can tell she did not irritate my skin. By the time I arrived home you couldn’t even tell I ever had a needle in my skin. I have had to shave my face every day for years and it looks like i never had any hair at all where she completed treatment. It is so much stress off of me and her prices are very reasonable.

I’ve had electrolysis for a little over a year first time coming here as I was in Va for a week. Vivian made time to see me and it was absolutely painless. I wish I lived closer so I could see her regularly.

Vivian cares a lot about her customers, and I am starting to see some improvement after a lot of difficultly, thanks to her suggestions. Treatment is virtually painless.
