I've been regularly attending appointments with Lily at AEM for almost a year now for hirsutism, and it is something with hindsight I should have done years ago. “Absolutely horrible experience! The customer service here is not just useless but completely unprofessional and careless. They don’t value customers’ time, money, or trust. I’m beyond disappointed and honestly disgusted by the way they treat people.
