I've been seeing Kasper for electrolysis and have had a wonderful experience. They are incredibly skilled, efficient, and accommodating. Treatments are performed quickly and professionally, and I've seen a significant amount of progress since starting. I am being generous with a rating of 2. Here’s the TL;DR for Kaiser patients: Mark is fine—go to him if you have Kaiser. TL;DR for non-Kaiser patients: He may work with you, but it depends on your health plan. Each case is specific, so I can’t provide more definitive information.
