It was very late in the evening on a Saturday that fire broke out in a unit of our apartment building and spread to three other units. Advanced Drying Inc arrived at 2:00 am Sunday to board up windows and secure the doors. We had to evacuate 30 people from the complex as electricity and gas lines had to be shut down. Within 5 days Advanced Drying Inc had isolated the four damaged units and we were able to move all of the residents back into the unaffected apartments. This kept disruption to a minimum. I just want to thank Advanced Drying Inc for completing the work at my Mother’s home in Tucson, AZ in a timely, professional manner. Everything was just as you explained it to us from the beginning. If people know what to expect and contractors follow through with their intentions, then most problems and complaints are eliminated. I work with large road and bridge building contractors on a daily basis, constructing million dollar projects and I have to say I am very impressed with Advanced Drying Inc.

Advanced Drying Inc replaced windows and glass doors in our home. I was dreading the mess. To my surprise, every evening I would come home prepared to deal with the dust and chips and messy rooms. Instead,they covered everything with plastic, installed a huge air cleaner, and left our home spotless every day during a week of work. The windows are beautiful, and the people from Advanced Drying Inc left our home, and garage where they did the work, looking better that it did before they started.

I want to Thank Advanced Drying Inc for their quick response and efficient set up of the equipment that was needed to dry out the water in our building. We had a water loss at this hotel once before and the service we received from Advanced Drying Inc was much better than the company who helped us before. All of the workers were very professional and polite. We didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Needless to say, the Fire was a very unpleasant experience to deal with, but everyone at Advanced Drying Inc was very professional and competent. They were very helpful in pointing out concerns that were important to us and completed the work in a very short period of time which was extremely important to us due to the fact that classes needed to resume in Mid-August. We will remember to Call Advanced Drying Inc from now on with any needs we may have in the future.

Flooded house dry and clean! I did not know what to expect when our house flooded. My questions were answered & were guided through a process, I would not have known what to do otherwise. All we can say is thank you so much.
