On time to the minute! Tommy was a very courteous and learned subject matter expert. Fixed it in minutes, assessed the entire system, and gave recommendations to prevent future problems. 10/10 would definitely use again.
Dan and Chase are the MVP'S!!! Dan literally explained EVERYTHING, why he was doing this opposed to something else... while Dan was checking the ceiling chase was getting all the supplies running the water. They made a great team cleaned up all the mess and left:) they were fast and efficient! I would recommend Advanced Drains and Plumbing Repairs a thousand times!!! THANK YOU GUYS!!!!!
Short version: Save your money and your time and go with someone who just fixes the problem the first time around. Long version: Why 1 star? Well, we had a clogged main (bathtub & toilets backing up and overflowing when we flushed). They came out on a Tuesday and rotorooted (is that the word?), charged us over $200 and by Sunday it was clogged again. When I did reach them on Monday, they said they could come out and do a jet if I wanted for which they would charge over $400. I told them I would like a refund for last Tuesday... read more
