Some business acumen! They made a phone call to my office soliciting our business, and when I responded politely we were all taken care of for the moment, they hung up on me. No 'okay, thank you' or 'have a nice day.' Just a click. If you're going to make sales calls, and you're a local business, be polite. You never know when someone might have a spare minute to document your behavior. If we do need copier services in the future, I've made a mental note not use these guys.
